Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Buzzard Pro (“Buzzard Pro”, “we”, “us” or “our”) — the creative innovation studio operated by WE-Viral — collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit buzzard.pro (the “Site”) or get in touch with us. We act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).
By using the Site or submitting a brief, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or share your information with us.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact / project brief form, or email or call us, we collect:
- Your name and the company or institution you represent;
- Your business email address and phone number;
- The services you are interested in and any details you choose to share about your project, budget, timelines or references.
Information we collect automatically
When you browse the Site, we (and our infrastructure providers) may collect limited technical data such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site. This is used to keep the Site secure and to understand aggregate usage. We do not run advertising trackers on the Site.
2. Cookies & similar technologies
The Site is designed to be lightweight and is built without third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use a small amount of strictly necessary browser storage (for example, to remember that the intro animation has already played in your session). Our hosting provider may set essential cookies required to deliver and secure the Site.
You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect minor cosmetic behaviour but will not prevent you from using the Site.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and discuss a potential engagement;
- To provide, maintain and improve the Site and our services;
- To send you information you have requested and, where permitted, occasional updates about our work (you can opt out at any time);
- To keep the Site and our systems secure and to detect or prevent fraud or misuse;
- To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting a brief or contacting us), for the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one, for our legitimate business interests, and to meet our legal obligations.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:
- Service providers (Data Processors) who help us operate the Site and our business — for example hosting, email, analytics and CRM tools — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms;
- Professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers, where necessary;
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or that of others.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above — typically for the duration of our discussions and any resulting engagement, and thereafter for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address any incident promptly.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside India. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
- Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required;
- Withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal);
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- Raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example WhatsApp or Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services; please review their own policies.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
